Berkshires House

Nestled in the heart of Great Barrington, Cortney and Robert Novogratz’s Berkshires home is a masterful blend of historic charm and modern vibrancy. Originally built in 1917, the house was reimagined to embrace light, color, and personality while honoring its architectural roots.

What began as a neglected structure was transformed into a dynamic retreat, where soaring ceilings and expansive rooms set the stage for layered, eclectic interiors. Vintage finds, bold artwork, and playful patterns breathe life into the space, creating a home that feels both curated and effortlessly lived in. Designed as a true escape from city life, this Berkshires retreat reflects the Novogratz’s signature mix of old and new, sophistication and ease. It is an inviting getaway that evolves with the family who calls it home.
