Bird Streets House

Perched in the exclusive Bird Streets of the Hollywood Hills, this Spanish Modern home was transformed by Cortney and Robert Novogratz into a striking blend of old-world charm and contemporary elegance. Original stucco walls and terracotta roof tiles nod to its 1930s heritage, while expansive steel-framed windows flood the interiors with natural light, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.
